Jim Wray, President

Jim has over 24 years of in-the-field plumbing and corporate business management. Jim is a third generation plumbing provider having owned and operated several plumbing companies throughout the United States. Because of his extensive experience, Jim is sought after to provide consulting to some of the nations largest companies. At Solution Pro, Jim is responsible for leading multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet customers’ needs. Jim develops solutions to help alleviate repeat service requests and specializes in forming best practice procedures for technicians servicing Solution Pro’s clients. Jim identifies and develops new business concepts; conducts competitive analysis, analyzes business opportunities, and develops strategies that enhance Solution Pro’s position in the marketplace. 

Cliff Stout, Vice President of Operations

Cliff has over 16 years of in-the-field plumbing experience and 8 years of operational supervision. Cliff is essential in defining and managing all operations processes with particular focus on ensuring issues are identified, communicated and resolved and that business performance is optimized. Cliff is responsible for negotiating and building relationships with 3rd party companies and coordinates with other departments to maintain a best in class customer experience in a cost effective manner. 

Laurie Fleming, Controller

Laurie has over 18 years experience working at every level of office and management. She is instrumental in overseeing the activities of the accounting, finance and administration departments. Laurie is responsible for managing and developing subordinate staff, insuring a productive work place compliant with corporate values and federal and state laws. Laurie actively participates in the company's strategic planning and implementation process and establishes and maintains effective communication channels with other departments ensuring effective transfer of data and planning.
