Please read the following before completing online vendor information: Solution Pro Terms & Conditions: 1) Work order and completion report for service is faxed to your company. The work order will show the store name and address, the problem and the not-to-exceed (NTE) amount.
2) Solution Pro will call within the next 30 minutes to confirm receipt of the work order and get an ETA of service.
3) Tech will arrive on site and call Solution Pro to check in at 1-888-758-6248 and then perform work as directed on the work order. If additional money is needed beyond the NTE amount on the work order, tech will call Solution Pro to try and obtain the monies while on site. Once job is complete or complete for the day, tech must call Solution Pro AFTER the completion report is filled out to close the job. Tech must have one completion report filled out for each visit on site. The completion report must state the date of service, time in and time out, name of technician and a brief description of the work performed. Tech must also have the store manager sign the bottom half of the completion report. Work performed can not be paid without this information. If technicians do not have a phone to call and close out the job, their office can email job complete within 24 hours on our web site at www.solutionpro.us or call our phone to close out.
4) Any problems while on site, tech must call Solution Pro while on site to resolve.
5) Invoice and completion report must be faxed (209-758-6826) to us within 10 days of job completion.
6) Terms are 45 days from the date we receive all the completed paperwork. 7) If technicians do not come into the office for the work order and completion report, technicians need to carry copies of generic completion forms on their truck as this form must be completed for every job done for Solution Pro.
